Sarapan Pagi....Apam Pisang...Jom makan!

Salam & Selamat pagi...semua.....bersiaran dihujung minggu....hari ni hari Sabtu....ada yang masih tarik selimut lagi agaknya tu.....tak lapar ke....

Jom bangun...kita makan sarapan sama-sama!

Pagi....ni ...buat apam pisang...lagi....just that kali ni tak letak cokelat....selalu letak cokelat...kita tengok hasil nya....













Sedap tau...texture apam ni yang lembut dan sangat cepat nak menyediakannya.... resepi nya

  • lebih kurang 8-10 biji pisang saiz kecil(yg masak ranum yer)
  • 100 ml minyak masak
  • 4 sudu besar gula
  • 1 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat
  • 2 biji telor
  • 200 g tepung gandum

Panaskan periuk kukusan.
Blend semua bahan kecuali tepung
then campurkan tepung dan kacau adunan sehingga sebati
tuangkan dalam acuan kecil agak2 2/3 penuh
kukus selama 10 minit
Siap untuk dihidangkan!

You ni belajar buat kuehs sendiri?
Isteri saya pun suka buat cakes. My favorite is kueh bingka, kueh lapis.
As well hot favorite cream puffs and plain donuts.

If you buat cream puffs send me telegram, ha ha.

Watie, here is a recipie for you should you feel 'all shook up', ha ha.
It is Elvis Presley's favorite cake, made by his mom Gladys, later by his cook.

ELVIS PRESLEY'S POUND CAKE

3 cups granulated sugar
1/2 pound butter, softened
7 eggs, at room temperature
3 cups cake flour, sifted twice, divided
1 cup whipping cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Butter and flour a 10-inch tube pan.

Thoroughly cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in half the flour, then the whipping cream , then the other half of the flour.

Add vanilla extract. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Set in a COLD oven and turn heat to 350 degrees F. Bake 60 to 70 minutes, until a sharp knife inserted in cake comes out clean.

Cool in pan 5 minutes. Remove from pan and cool thoroughly.
Then invite Uncle Lee come for coffee.
Maybe you can change the nama to, "He wears my ring' cake. Ha ha.

Kite pon menu pisang gak hari nie... tp kite wat bingka pisang.. terkena plak pisang mude..huhuh... time kite nak buat kueh la dorang tak jual pisang best2..tension betol!
