I am back.....again dengan demam cheese cake.....tanpa proses pembakaran.....which is so simple yet so rich, creamy.......so ......fattening.....but as per request by my eldest kid......Along ....I layankan juga!
Since Akak dan keluarga akan ke KL menghantar Along......dan most probably juga ke Melaka atas undangan keluarga.......pada hari Khamis ni....dan blog ini pasti akan sepi buat seketika....jadi....Maafkan Akak sekali lagi kerana tidak mampu untuk membalas kunjungan malahan jerit pekik di Shout Box tu buat ketika ini.....
Non Baked Oreo Cheese Cake ni permintaan Along.....so dalam Akak sibuk ni...Akak cuba penuhi permintaan anak bujang Akak yang sorang ni....layankan dulu pictures nya ya!
Resepi asalnya seperti berikut: (klik pada Oreo Cheesecake tu untuk ke laman web yang Akak terjah!) Akak cuma buat 1/2 adunan jer.....so derhaka atau tidak....pandai-pandai Akak jer tu nak edit sukatan yang di sarankan!

Ingredients:
Base
1. COMBINE the crumbs and butter and press into a lined 20cm springform pan ( Akak guna 6" pan). Chilled the base for at least 30 minutes!
2. BEAT the Philly* and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Fold in the gelatine mixture, lemon juice, cream and Oreo* Chocolate Creme Cookie crumbs.
3. POUR the filling into the prepared crust, refrigerate for 30 minutes.(Akak tuang adunan yang dicampur semua bahan dan sejukkan hingga dinner time)
Sprinkle with extra OREOs* and refrigerate for another for 2 hours or until set.
- 1 cup crushed OREO* Original Cookies (Akak guna +- 12 kpg biskut =3/4 cawan serbuk Oreo dibuang cream tengah)
- 50g butter, melted (Akak guna 30g unsalted butter)
- 500g block PHILADELPHIA* Cream Cheese (Akak guna 250g = 1 blok cream cheese)
- softened ¾ cup caster sugar (Akak guna 1/3 cup gula halus)
- 3 teaspoons gelatine, dissolved in ¼ cup boiling water (Akak guna 1 table spoon Halalgel)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (Akak guna 1 table spoon)
- 1 cup cream lightly whipped (Akak guna 1/2 cup)
- 100g OREO* Chocolate Creme Cookies, crushed (Akak guna 4 keping biskut dihancurkan)
- 50g OREO* Chocolate Creme Cookies extra, roughly chopped (Akak potong kasar biskut bertangkup untuk masukkan dalam adunan jadi chunky pieces)

Handy Hint:
The best way to soften Philadelphia* block is to allow it to stand for 1 hour at room temperature or remove Philly* from foil, cut into chunks and microwave on high for 30 seconds per 250g.

Rasanya...cheese cake jenis yang mudah ni dah mula mendapat ruang dalam kehidupan Akak sekeluarga....especially kalau Along is around!!!!Yang lain tu layan biasa-biasa jer....because they are more into chocolate cakes....tapi kalau Along...semua dia bedal!!
